Order Processing & Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Once dispatched or ready for pickup/delivery, you’ll receive a notification with details.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by high order volumes, courier delays, or peak seasons such as Christmas.
New Zealand Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
North Island – Flat rate $15.00
South Island – Flat rate $25.00
Free shipping on NZ orders over $350
Rural Delivery - If your address is rural, please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout to avoid delays. Orders placed without the correct option may incur additional fees or processing time.
Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days from dispatch (please allow extra time for rural deliveries or unforeseen courier delays).
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@foilsociety.co.nz for assistance or tracking updates.
Local Pickup (Tauranga)
Free local pickup is available from our Foil Society pickup points inside ENVY Salon Bethlehem and ENVY Salon CBD.
After selecting Pick Up (Tauranga) at checkout, please text 021 144 8922 to arrange a suitable pickup time.
Pickup times are flexible during standard salon hours — just get in touch and we’ll confirm a day that works best for you.
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours). Please wait for this confirmation before coming in.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, additional charges may apply.
