Order Processing & Shipping Information

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by high order volumes, courier delays, or peak seasons such as Christmas.

New Zealand Shipping Rates

  • North Island – Flat rate $12.50

  • South Island – Flat rate $24.50

  • Free shipping on NZ orders over $350

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–4 business days from dispatch (please allow extra time for rural deliveries or unforeseen courier delays).

Australia Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Carton under 9 KG – $25

  • Carton 9 – 18 KG – $50

  • Carton 18 – 27 KG – $75

  • Carton 27 – 36 KG – $100

  • Carton 36 KG+ – $125

Returns & Exchanges
